APPLICATION
Thank you for your interest in participating in WOC 2026 as a vendor or exhibitor.
The application period officially closed at the end of August, and we are now entering the evaluation phase. All submitted applications are currently being reviewed, and applicants can expect to hear from us regarding their confirmation within the next weeks.

Information for Vendor Application

Application Deadline
Due to limited space, we cannot accommodate all vendor applications. The deadline for vendor applications is August 30, 2025, and you will receive feedback via email by the end of September.

Display & Sale Sizes
A display is mandatory for all vendors.
Available display sizes are
6, 8, 12, 16 and 20 m², while sales spaces are available in sizes of 4 and 6 m.

Fees
The basic fee is €400 with reductions based on display size. The cost for sales space is €200 per running meter.
Long-term participants in the I.O.W. receive a loyalty bonus and will be notified by email; no application is needed on the website.
