How do I register for the WOC 2026?

You can register on our website at www.woc-2026.com/registration (http://www.woc-2026.com/registration)by selecting either the full registration or a single-day ticket. Simply add your choice to the cart and follow the checkout instructions. You will receive a confirmation of your successful registration via email.

What is the registration deadline?

There is no fixed deadline. However, starting January 31, we reserve the right to charge a late registration fee: €50 for full registration and €20 for day tickets. Early registration helps us coordinate with our partners - thank you!

What is the difference between full registration and single-day registration?

Accepted Answer

Full registration includes access to all events and expert talks (in contrast, single-day tickets grant access only for the date your ticket is validated), digital proceedings, a conference tote bag and a public transportation ticket.

Do I need to choose a specific day immediately when selecting single-day registration?

Accepted Answer

No, you don’t have to decide on a day right away. Your single-day ticket will be validated at the entrance for the date you choose on the spot.

Are there any discounts available for registration?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we do offer discounts! 
Take advantage of our special early bird offer, which allows you to register for the full conference at a reduced rate of €270 instead of €300. This early bird offer ends on May 31st, 2025.

Members of the German Orchid Society can benefit from a permanent discount, bringing the registration fee down to €250.

Please note that there are no discounts available for single-day registrations or the Gala dinner.

I am a member of the D.O.G. How can I receive my discount code?

What payment methods are accepted for registration?

We accept PayPal and major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club.

Can I cancel my registration if I am unable to attend?

We understand that plans can change. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy to ensure clarity regarding refunds:

Cancellation Timeline and Refunds:
 • Cancellations made up to September 30, 2025: A full refund will be granted.
 • Cancellations made up to December 15, 2025: A refund of 50% of the total amount paid will be issued.
 • Cancellations after December 15, 2025: No refunds will be issued.

Cancellation Fees: A standard cancellation fee of €15 will be deducted from all refunds. Additional fees may apply based on the payment provider used for the transaction.
Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receiving your cancellation request. Please note that the time it takes for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Which partner hotels are available?

We recommend booking one of our partner hotels, which offer special rates for WOC participants. These hotels are also included in the shuttle service for the Gala Dinner.
